Tiny Fine Art uses USPS Priority Mail for shipping your artwork to you. All items will be insured with a signature confirmation. Expedited delivery is certainly an option - please email with your request.
Shipping Rates:
Items costing $500 and under: $19.95 includes packing, shipping & insurance
Items costing $500.01 and over: $24.95 includes packing, shipping & insurance
2 pieces sent in the same box $10 additional ea. piece

Returns, Exchanges and Damages (oh my!)
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service and artwork. If you would like to return your purchase please keep in mind that returns are accepted if you contact us within the first 10 days from the date you received your artwork. Purchaser is responsible for shipping/insurance costs to return the artwork to us. TinyFineArt.com will gladly exchange your purchase or issue a credit for future shopping, but we are unable to give cash/credit card refunds.
To return a work: Contact us by phone 212.957.8371 or email us at returns@tinyfineart.com within 10 days and we’ll issue you a return number to identify your artwork return. Just pack it well & send it back to us in good condition.
If our shipment to you arrives damaged, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the USPS. More information about this process can be found at: http://www.usps.com/insuranceclaims/welcome.htm
All artwork is sent insured. We can help with documentation in the event of shipping damage. |
